Possible teacher led nursery

We are always looking for ways to improve and develop our school and the learning of the children who attend. As part of the next phase of our continued development, we are considering offering places to children aged from 3 years upwards in a teacher-led nursery environment.  

What would this involve? 

This would involve staff carefully redeveloping our current Early Years area of the school, and adding a further area specifically designed for the younger children within the community during the current school year.

Alongside this, we would also develop and improve our dedicated outdoor environment, and library space, so that all children benefit. 

We’ve already started to explore and identify improvements and we look forward to sharing our plans for these soon!

What’s the plan?  

Should the response be favourable, we would then proceed with a formal consultation on extending the age range of the school from September 2024.
